Drawing from personal experience and historical study, and written in the wake of the 2019/2020 Hong Kong Protests ignited by the Anti-Extradition Bill Movement, Tiffany Sia’s book offers urgent reflections on a cultural landscape changed by national security policies, shadow bureaucracies, censorship, and surveillance.
