Workshop for adults and teenagers (16 +) with Saba Sanjarani, graphic designer
In this workshop we will explore the thought-provoking topic of body identity through protest art. Starting with a discussion of performance artists such as Marina Abramović and her influence on the concept of body identity, we will link our observations to examples of contemporary protest and analyse the codes of protest art.
Led by Saba Sanjarani, graphic designer and activist of the feminist "Women, Life, Freedom" movement in Iran, participants will be able to explore different methods of creating artistic and impactful designs.
Throughout the workshop we aim to create a supportive environment for open discussion, sharing of ideas and experiences to foster a sense of community and a broader understanding of body identity.
