Angie Atmadjaja
Artist Angie Atmadjaja talks about her work 492.40m3 51.7Hz TILT that entails an entirely white room devoid of all spatial or visual clues, with no spatial boundaries. An almost imperceptible sound resonates in this sterile appearing universe. The sound is light and volatile, emerging and vanishing as the visitor moves across a tilted floor. Hearing appears to be the sole guide in the quest for the wandering sound and in the exploration of the spatial topography through which the listener moves. In the framework of the exhibition HLYSNAN: The Notion and Politics of Listening.
