Fermentation workshop in two parts

To mark the first anniversary of our afterWORKshops, the Service des Publics at Casino Luxembourg invites you to embark on a unique fermenting experience! 
As part of the Boogie, curatorial experimentation and inspired by artist Jules Maillot’s collaborative beer-brewing project Milk the Funk, we’ll dive into the fascinating world of fermentation by crafting our very own batch of kombucha. 

Since kombucha fermentation is a two-step process, this workshop will unfold over two sessions to kick off the 2025 afterWORKshops: 

•    Session 1: We’ll create the SCOBY (the key ingredient for fermentation) and design personalized bottle labels for our special afterWORKshop tea. 
•    Session 2: We’ll complete the second fermentation, bottle our kombucha, and wrap things up with a convivial tasting session to savor the fruits of our labour.
