sleeping swift, slipping – falls (FINISSAGE)

ludovic hadjeras' residency culminates this Friday in the finissage of the exhibition sleeping swift, slipping – falls, for which the artist will launch an eponymous edition. 

ludovic sketches out a cartography of his various encounters between Luxembourg and Algeria, with the swift as the main protagonist, whose peregrinations he recounts through a multiple practice ranging from drawing to casting, via audiovisual recording and the written word. All the spaces in Casino Display are thus inhabited by the memory of these discreet travelling companions that we suspect more than we see.
