Gare de l'Est
A look at today’s “Parisian scene” allows us to discern a large number of individual approaches, most of which are very much involved in the cultural and social reality, and to highlight several determining parameters such as the influx of international and foreign artists, the persistence of an “alternative” milieu, which receives relatively little media attention, and the integration of the periphery, i.e. artists whose work is based outside the traditional districts of Parisian artistic life.
